Just discovered this hotel in Philadelphia (University City). It's one of the tallest buildings around - looks like a former office building (and perhaps it is. I think it still is offices on some floors).
It's an interesting combination of insanely indulgent size and views, with decent but sort of basic decor. But it feels brand new, and overall very liveable. In fact the hotel rooms here are mixed in with longer stay residences or condos (I think).
The brand advertises in its elevator, and I see their list of locations is quite posh.
