We paid for a seat upgrade in USD. Later it was refunded, but the refund was $6 less than what we originally paid.
When I asked about it, Air France sent a response that honestly doesn’t explain anything (happy to paste it in comments). I get that $6 isn’t a lot, but I don’t like being shorted with no clear reason, especially when the full amount should’ve been refunded.
Is this just a currency conversion thing, or some kind of fee they don’t clearly disclose? Has anyone dealt with this before or actually gotten the full amount back?
