Flying MAN to JFK in June with my dad for the World Cup. Outbound is Manchester to Dublin to New York, return is direct.
Out of curiosity I checked upgrade prices on Aer Lingus and nearly fell off my chair. Business class on the outbound was showing £41 per seat for both legs, MAN to DUB and DUB to JFK. I booked it instantly and it’s fully confirmed in my booking.
The return upgrade is showing £173 per seat, which also feels insanely low, but I haven’t touched that yet.
This feels almost too good to be true. Has anyone seen Aer Lingus offer upgrades this cheap before, or does this sound like a pricing mistake that might get clawed back?
