Got an email back in September saying United would add a 10k mile award flight credit to my account and to expect it in 6 to 8 weeks. Went to book a January trip today and I cannot find it anywhere in the app.
The email had instructions but nothing matches what I’m seeing. Anyone else get this and actually manage to use the credit?
